This weeks web cast will cover the new Windows Control Library template, which allows you to create custom self contained controls for use with any .Net windows forms project. Also covered this week are the updates to the using directive for importing external operators.
This weeks presentation shows the start to finish use of Windows Control Library projects. This Visual Studio project type allows you to create a self contained windows control which can be used on any .Net form, from any .Net language. The user control you create can be integrated directly into your copy of Visual Studio, so that is is available to you in the toolbox of the Windows Forms Designer whenever you design a form.
Also covered in this weeks webcast will be the new extensions to the using directive, which allow importation of custom operators into your classes. These operators can include any kind of operator you use today in Visual APL, including quad functions.
