There haven't been any new posts from you on this topic. So I'm curious to learn if you were successful in resolving this issue on your own?

Yes, that is true. Sorry for not being able to read.

As far as the problem with NextSupervisor goes, it still isn't resolved, but we've been busy so we haven't looked at it in a long time, and we don't have any additional questions at this time. Thanks.

Our Citrix servers were recently re-configured and upgraded (more CPU's, more RAM) at about the same time APL 12.3 was installed.

Magically, this problem disappeared, which makes me very happy.

Thanks for your help on the forum here, and this issue is resolved.
