CSE 3.0.25 Platform

If I recollect correctly, []cse is supposed to work as either 32- or 64-bit.
On 64-bit Windows 10, is there a way of coercing []cse to work as 32-bit? I have 32-bit ACE provider installed; []cse is looking for the 64-bit version. Microsoft do not recommend the installation of both 32- and 64-bit versions of ACE on the same computer.
