Generalize []CSE

Postby Ajay Askoolum » October 26th, 2013, 5:29 am

The JIT compiler behind []cse out to be able to work with VB and other .Net languages.

I tried VB.NET and it does not work: the parser appears to check syntax before compiling and VB code gets rejected.

Are there any plans to allow an explicit language choices? re plans for allowing support for other languages?

Hi Ajay,

Thank you for submitting this suggestion, i.e. Can the CSE support other .Net languages, e.g. VBSE?

I hope that other APL2000 customers who are interested in accessing .Net features from APL+Win see your question and indicate their interest in CSE support for VBSE or other scripting for other .Net programming languages. If there is enough interest from customers for this type of enhancement its implementation will be considered by the CSE development team.
